Hello, Few days ago, we experienced a production down issue, which we've identified was caused by the internal ingress certificate expiry.However, when I checked around two months ago, the certificate was set to expire on 15th November 2025. Yet, today — 23rd May 2025 — it appears to have expired unexpectedly.There have been no recent deliveries or known changes to the production environment that could have influenced this.Could you please help clarify: What factors could cause a certificate to expire earlier than its visible expiry date? Is there any mechanism that might explain this? Are there any known issues or previous cases where the ingress controller or cert-manager mismanaged a certificate? Hi All, We have started release update 24R2 SU06. During the implementation process we got a instruction from our client to deploy with SU07 as there will be a critical security update into the 24R2 SU07.So, can we apply SU07 before completing the release update process and test it altogether? Hello everyone,We've noticed some recent changes in the release communication format for the new 25 Release. Specifically: The posts no longer include a brief summary of the attached documents, which was very helpful in the past. The presentation format seems different and not as detailed or aligned with the previous structure. We are also missing the “IFS Cloud 25R1 - What's New in Cloud Platform and Tools” and “IFS Cloud 24R2 - What's New Summary” post, which were typically available. Additionally: There's no mention of the OAuth token timeout change to 3 minutes, which is important for integration purposes. If I'm not mistaken, 25R1 introduced the ability to cancel an already posted invoice, but I haven't found any official documentation on this feature yet. Hello,I have just consulted the following IFS file, linked to the 25R1 version :25R1 Fixes for Customer Reported Issues.xlsxI found that for one of my cases “CS0332557” the release note is as follows: The CustomerOrderInvHeadEntity.svc and CustomerOrderInvItemEntity.svc entity services were previously unable to expose certain attributes such as Customer Address Name and Debit Invoice ID due to limitations in the overtaken base views. To ensure full attribute availability, customers are now advised to use the projection service CustomerOrderInvoiceHandling.svc, which exposes the relevant data through the CustomerOrderInvHeadSet projection. As part of ongoing improvements, the usage of the CustomerOrderInvHeadEntity.svc entity service is planned to be phased out in future releases. Until now, IFS teams have always recommended us to use Entity APIs rather than Handling APIs, and this comment seems to reverse the trend.FYI We've already encountered multiple “Entity” APIs that were unstable

Hello All, We are currently in the process of upgrading from 23.1.11 to 24.2.0 through the Release Update Studio. We successfully uplifted the customizations, and the creation of the topic environment and the sanity build were both successful. However, the delivery creation failed due to errors in the standard objects.We have checked the log file and could see that there are numerous errors related to deploying standard core views/packages, even though the customizations have not impacted this area. We tried to deploy one of the errored standard API from Developer Studio by connecting to DEL env, and it got successfully deployed to database without any error (refer screenshot).Interestingly, the creation of TOPIC environments from the Release Update Studio was successful, and the sanity build performed just before the failed delivery creation also succeeded. Therefore, the delivery creation should have been successful, as it theoretically uses the same code from the repository.We are a

Our initial install for IFS cloud completed without error, but our URL is not reachable. When checking our Kubernetes pods I see that our application pod had this event….Warning  FailedMount  4m24s (x500 over 16h)  kubelet  MountVolume.SetUp failed for volume "secrets" : secret "ifsmtxapp-password" not found Has anyone had this type of error? We have IFS Cloud 24R1and we experience that some users loose the personal bookmarks. It also seems to happen several times for a few persons, while others are untouched. Does anyone else experience this and know why this happen and what is causing this?

Hi! We have experienced problems with the Share pool getting full. The common dominatiore seems to be that this has happened short time after installation. (3 times). This results in tens of thousans of queries stakking up in share pool memory until full ending up with users cant log on.The two last time we experienced this was in the middle of the night with very limited users (if any) in the system. We are wondering if the installation it self or the configuration of screens after installation could cause this issue.
