Hello, Since we went live with IFS, we’ve used pick lists to create shipments for our customer orders. From time to time, we need to manually create a pick list using the Create Pick Lists for Customer Orders page (or the Quick Order Flow Handling page). In the past (most recently in 23r1), this generated a pick list which triggered the creation of a shipment since all of our customer order lines are set up to create shipments at the time of pick list creation. It’s also important to note that the pick list was created with a consolidated order number versus a regular order number when following this process. Now, we get a non-consolidated order number on the pick list, and no shipment is created. All of the shipment type settings that are common between 23r1 and 24r1 are the same and the order lines are saved with the At Pick List Creation shipment creation method. Has something changed? I know there are new Shipment Consolidation parameters (versus Shipment Line Consolidation paramete

I would like to request Update 29 (UPD 29) for IFS Applications. I have noticed that the 'Request a Software Update' option is no longer available in Select a Service. Could you please provide information on any changes to the update request process? Any guidance on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, How can access latest IFS 10 update version news? I want check news. Thanks.

Hello,I am looking for API documentation for IFS Application 10 (UPD 22). Is there a link for that? Also, does IFS 10 UPD 22 support bulk and batch upload for fx rates using API?Product Version: UPD22Business Impact: (FX) rates are a critical component in financial applications, especially for organizations operating across multiple currencies. Accurate and timely FX data ensures proper valuation, reporting, and compliance with financial standards. The purpose of requesting API documentation from IFS is to enable seamless, automated integration of FX rates into the financial modules of the ERP system. This supports real-time updates, reduces manual intervention, and ensures data consistency across financial reports and transactions.

What is the minimum Update (UPD) level required in IFS Applications 10 to be eligible for the 25R1 upgrade? Is there any IFS documentation (external) reference for it?

I found a couple posts asking about Hyper V support.  It appears IFS has abandoned the idea of supporting it, but I’ve been unable to find definitive information on it for recent versions.  Specifically, we are running Cloud 23R2.  Does anyone know if IFS supports a remote deployment in Hyper V for this release and future releases?

HelloI want to add custom column for the window, which comes as pop -up window is there any methods for that .The window i want to add column is in the picture below.

As the title alludes to, can you use the “Recreate Buildhome” function and download a full buildhome of the latest version, to upgrade an existing deployment? The purpose of this would be to condense all the changes i.e. Service Updates taken. For example, if I have an environment that is a few versions behind our build place, I would need to do 24R2 → SU3 → SU5 → SU6 → 25R1. Whereas instead of doing all of the deliveries in order, I could just use the 25R1 recreated buildhome to capture all of those deliveries in one installation/upgrade. I have been advised that considering the buildhome just packages all the changes in your deliveries and includes the first time installation media, it’s absolutely fine to do, but I wanted to confirm.Kind Regards,Damon

Hi all , I want to replace the ‘Kendrion’ word with some other company name? in bellow image Please guide me with the steps how can i achive this?

Hi,Microsoft exchange online will remove support for Basic authentication with Client Submission (SMTP AUTH) March 1st 2026. (Exchange Online to retire Basic auth for Client Submission (SMTP AUTH) | Microsoft Community Hub)IFS says OAuth2 support for IFS Mail connector will be included from IFS App 10 UPD 19, but is not available for Mail Sender in IFS EE!Br,

Just curious, what will happen if you don’t specify global.replicas parameter in “ifscloud-values.yaml”?  thanks

Hello IFS Community,My team is looking to gather insights and best practices regarding Release Updates (RUs), specifically how other customers manage them. We're particularly interested in your approaches and strategies for handling bugs that are not identified or picked up by the Update Analyzer tool. We're in the process of refining our internal "how-to" guide for the RU process, and your experiences would be incredibly valuable.Specifically, we're hoping to learn: How do you proactively identify potential issues or regressions in RUs that the Update Analyzer might miss? What processes or tools do you use to test for and manage bugs that aren't flagged by the Analyzer? Are there any specific "gotchas" or common pitfalls you've encountered with RUs and unexpected bugs? Do you have any recommended best practices for the overall RU process, especially concerning quality check and bug detection? Any insights, tips, or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in adv

Hello community.Currently I’m in the middle of uplifting some lobbies from APP10 to Cloud (24R2). For the older version of lobbies I do get the “convert to IFS Cloud” option. For some lobbies it works fine but of some it doesn’t. Does anyone has knowledge on this option, such as it’s limitations and it’s capabilities? Thanks in advance. 🙂
