Any ideas what could be causing this error for the IFSv10 install Sp 13 to fail?

Issue may be due to using a different value in ifs user password for Admin Server while doing the installation.
Installer was waiting for long time when trying to encrypt the password in user.properties file in Admin Server for ifs user when using a different value in password and then giving error.
