How to fetch files for a dynamic list of documents

Hello everyone, 

I am new here and hope to get some help on my issue :relaxed:

i need to download files for a dynamic list of docs + specific revision mentioned in that list. all in one go. can you please guide me how to do so?  what is important here is to perform this job inside IFS and not using any other 3rd party Excel macros and such. BTW ( using IFS 8 )

You could create an advanced query and used that in the Document Revisions screen. From the result, select the documents and use the Copy File To… command:

Tested on Apps 10. Not sure if that works in Apps 8.
