+10We have noticed that Auto Grating of Permissions when Publishing Quick reports In our UAT and PROD environments.
We this this is a security issue and it should be corrected ; as per the current setup when publishing Quick reports , it will modify FND permissions and adding quick reports to the Core Permissions sets and other all permissions sets in the system
I don't get it, might be i'm getting it wrong.
You create a Quick Report. Once created (e.g. Saved) you have two options
→ Press Publish. This will grant it to all permission sets as mentioned in the Documentation.
→ Grant the Quick Report Projection to only certain permission sets.
Note that the ‘Publish’ button does not need to be pressed in order for the Quick Report to be usable. Think the issue might be with the word ‘Publish’ instead of for example ‘Grant all’.
