PSO Application and connections screen disabled

Hi,
The application and connection screens are not visible in my PSO login. What permission do I need to view the application screen and restart the service. I am currently using PSO 6.12 integrated with IFS CLOUD.

Hi ​@Sowmiya,

  1. You can request any user with PSO administrator privileges to grant you access to the Application view:
    •  Navigate to the Administration workspace > Organization > Users.
    • Select your user.
    • Under permissions, grant the 'AdminApplicationsView' screen.
    • Apply changes
  2. Grant PSO administrator privileges in the IFS Cloud environment to your user, typically FNDSCH_ADMIN. This will provide your user with PSO administrator privileges, allowing you to view the Application screen. Alternatively, you will be able to add the relevant permission as described in Step 1.
