BPO Regulatory - we need aliases added to the EnR_BPOREG@IFS.com email address to be able to have accounts per client set up in PAY.GOV. This site is where we submit payments for Federal Regulatory tax/royalty returns and the site forces us to have a unique email address per client. Prior to the new IFS email addresses we had:
Group - BPOREG@P2energysolutions.com with aliases bporegbo@p2es.com, bporegso@p2es.com and bporegas@p2es.com.
Since IFS email address changes, we need the same aliases set up for EnR_bporeg@ifs.com. So when PAY.GOV emails the confirmation to any of the aliases listed above, the email goes to the group email EnR_bporeg@ifs.com.
How do I make a request or create and OSCA ticket to get the aliases created before Monday, June 3, 2024??
