Hello Community,

Prepare operations have been completed successfully. Tablespace, Tas owner, Tas runtime user etc.
IFS TAS installations have also been completed successfully. Connection can be provided with the end user. However, I cannot log in to the local admin with IFSTAS.

Regards

Barış

Hi @Rusiiiru ,

The client has installed himself Apps Touch Server on premise, and when he tries to Test Connection Application Server Url displays: “Remote Certificate is not valid according to the application’s procedure”.

I checked the certificate and is seems to be good.

Client’s environments are the following:

IFS Apps 10

Windows Server 2016

Services IIS

Oracle Database 12c

Thank you for your I appreciate it !

Hi @Kamel Bennour

I suspect that the customer is using a self-signed certificate. If yes import it into trusted root certificate authorities.

If not I'm not sure how did customer installed the touchapps.

Best Regards,

Rusiru
