Issue in MWO_Field_Service Permission Set

Hello,

I suddenly see this behavior in one of our environments that when I add the MWO_FIELD_SERVICE permission set, the ServiceEngApp projection displays that it does not have any pages associated to it. Due to this, in mobile I’m unable to view any screen. This was working fine previously and I can see this option in other environments.

Has anyone faced this issue before and resolved? Please let me know.

Hi

The reason for no titles in the app even you have all needed grants for your user could be due to a bug in the navigator loading functionality which has been introduced in 23.1 EA and fixed in SU3. What’s the version you are running? 

This is only effect if you have context configurations assigned to your user. So can you check whether your user has any mapping?

Hi @kathlk,

We are currently in version 23.1.1. Yes, we recently added the configuration context mapping.

Only way to resolve this is to update to 23.1.3 as we need the context mapping? Please advice.

Yes true. Only way is moving to SU3.
