Good afternoon - We have a case where the Work order is not updating the Work Order status from the Mobile Device - Mobile Work Order is at status Started however the IFS WO is showing at status Assigned. Can anyone advise why this issue is happening. Many thanks all

Best course of action is probably to reach out to your system administrator and ask for help or access.

Do you see anything in Failed Transactions? Sounds like something would’ve gotten stuck.

The Failed Transaction message as below:

An error occurred when checking object-controlled document access via method WORK_ORDER_API.Get_Document_Access. Contact your system administrator to verify the methods defined under 'Object Types for Access Control'.

Ok, sounds like the same issue like you had a year ago. Has someone removed the access control record again? Can you try to add it back, and then re-send the failed transaction?

Hi - Sorry - Can you please explain what is meant by the ‘access control record’? Thank you

I do not have access to the Object Control - Is there another access route?
