Unable to close final year end

Hi,

The topic created on behalf of an LCS case.

Customer is getting an error message “status of opening balance of year 2020 must be ‘Final balance transferred’ or ‘Final voucher created” when performing Final year end.
Please assist to resolve the issue

Hello, 
Most probably your previous year (2020) is not closed (Final year end not performed for 2020). All years must be closed in sequence.

Sorry for small mistake,
error message says opening balance of year 2020, so final year end of 2019 must be performed before year end of 2020. And so on..
