Aurena user cannot create new supplier

@Noriro2 It is hard to get an idea of this issue with provided info. Try comparing the granted permissions to the permission set of a user who is able to perform this function.

i gave same permissions to a new user, and tried to reproduce the error, new user faced the same errors, the real problem is when new user access to supplier page he receives the errors below.
 

but he can continue to create new supplier but during the process new user keeps getting this error.

Additionally, when converting Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order New user receives same errors and cannot click on “OK” button.
 

These error show up on AURENA only, not on IEE.

we just solved the supplier issue by following "Failed to load person info" in Aurena screen | IFS Community

but cannot solve converting Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order problem;
 

Can not convert Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order.
