Apply Release Update in Baseline Repo status shows pending status

Dear experts,

We are trying to apply release update from 22R2 to 23R1 but after submitted the jobs its status shown as in Progress from last 3 hours  but  when we are trying see the job details its shown as pending..

 

Please suggest if i m missing any steps.

it takes approx 5-6 hours some times

if it takes more time then raise ticket with details 

they will kill the job

you can start again
