If running anything below the Version 15, Browser-Agnostic Astea application, please DO NOT install Windows 11 (released 10/5/21) as Version 14 (and below) is not certified with said OS. Traditional Internet Explorer is not packaged with Win 11, and currently there is no timetable for Win 11 certification w/ any version of Astea below v15. An attempt to install Win 11 running anything below v15 (15.4 to be more accurate) will more than likely result in the errors illustrated in the attached.
