How to increase the Touch Apps Server Sync Service Time out from IFS Application in Apps 9.

  • Touch Apps Server Sync Service Time out : This parameter is used to configure the time out value, which persists until the sync is performed between the MWO and TAS server.
  • Go to System Parameters.
  • Search for the Parameter Touch Apps Server Sync Service Time out(seconds) and increase the value.

@Dharshika Amaradasa if this value is low will the user see an error such as Sync is failing on the MWO app?
