Hello, does anyone know what is the difference between Activity and Activity type for Colour Activities in PSO? As far as I’ve seen in the Legend, there are exactly the same colors for both of them. The only difference is for Default, which I don’t know when it is used.

In schedule schema document, you can find a “colour” field for Activity entity. That means you can define different colors for each activity. Then when you select Color Activities by Activity option, activity blocks will be shown in that color.

Hello, you can update the color in the Task template file, Sheet Activity. You can find more information in the Scheduling Schema, page 19.
For finding the necessary value, I usually search directly in PSO, for example Activity types, where I can choose for one color and copy the value. In this case, I would add in my Excel file, column “colour”, the value” #ffffff”.
