Document Defaults per Object - New Case Issue

I think the only place we use that feature is when you have the object (a case, in your scenario) on the page and use Attachments / Documents to create the document. It will probably not work in that assistant.

The call center deals different topics. It’s worth being able to choose the document class at the asiistant level.
