As this an intermittent issue, I believe this could be due to the high load of transactions process at the same time. Are we in a position to suggest a separate queue for ORDRSP messages?

In the first attempt, does it create a connectivity message at least at release status ( or any other)? If it is not created at all, Then I believe this could not be connected with message setup or connectivity rather something connected with RMB to Send order confirmation.
