Is it possible to create a new search domain in Apps10? I'd like to add the Supplier for Purchase Part. So if someone is searching a part number, the supplier's part number will be included with the search.

Hi,
This will not be a configuration per say.
You can potentially develop new ones if you have a developer license. Quite good info on this is available in Tech docs.
