I can’t change password on Partner portal. I got error message like “General problem” contact service desk …

Non of those accounts previous ProJarosK, nor new one CGIJarosK work for me. Could you please change email address connected to ProJarosK to different email?

Hi @CGIJarosK,

You can raise this issue to global.partner.operations@ifs.com . Then the Partner admin will advise you how this can be resolved.
Alternatively, you may also contact Partner Primary Admin in your company and get assistance.
