There’s a confusion on the behavior of the event that reminds of the Target Day.
As per the customer, whenever he raises a PO some folks get an email for the target day, and when others raise it, they don't get it even though they belong to the same approval purchase group.
Need to find out the system behavior based on the setup and who should get notified and why - that would be good to figure out here so we can use this optimally.
TIA

HI @Hashane Bolonne ,
Target Date This date is used to follow up whether this authorization line is authorized in time. The date is calculated based on the target days in the authorization routing template. Target dates to all authorization lines connected to the first authorization step are calculated from the date when the authorization routing is applied to the purchase requisition or purchase order. Target dates connected to other authorization steps are calculated for each step when the previous step has been completely authorized/acknowledged.
Notification Schedule - Purchase Authorization scheduled job can be used to send notification emails to Authorizers / Acknowledgers to inform them about unauthorized steps that have reached the target date.
