Unable to 'View Reservations' for the Reserved Stocks

Hi,

In Inventory Part in stock, items are showing as reserved  in the ‘Reserved Qty’, when I do RMB click ‘View Reservation’ there is no source data is populated.

Now the stock got struck in the system and unable to unreserve without knowing the source.

What would be the reason?

Have anyone faced this issue before?

Hi,

Hopefully you might’ve tried this..

I would try to look up the part in the inventory part in stock reservations screen by using the search button. 

If there are still no reservations, it can mean the issue is probably related to a BD setup of the part (Which you might have to investigate further)

If there are other reservations available, then that means the part can be reserved, and your issue might need a data repair.

Recently we have been getting similar issue from different customers. Most of the time this is an one off issue which needs a data repair as a fix. Hence raise a ticket to IFS Support for further investigations.
