The Inventory Part In Stock does not exist, when move into Stock

I got this error trying to move into stock after Register Arrival. All serial parts are in stock. I can not see that there are anything wrong with basic data for Inventory Part ether.

Is there anyone how has had this error and found a solution?

      I reviewed the previous case. It appears the activity sequence was cleared unnecessarily, meaning no underlying bug was fixed. Please review your part’s behavior to identify the root cause. If this is a data mismatch, performing a data repair would be the best approach.
