Hi
Basically means that the quotation line you’re trying to convert into an order is already linked to a Customer Order (CO). In IFS, once a quotation line has been used to create a CO, the system doesn’t allow you to create another order from it. That’s why you’re seeing this message.
Check the Quotation Line Status

Go to the quotation and open the quotation lines.

Verify the state of the line; it will likely show
CO Created. -
Also check if there is an existing Customer Order number linked to it.
