Is there a way to see the demand site customer order number line on the supply site customer order line like you can see it thru the supply chain analysis screen?

You’ll have to create a custom event or action to update something with that information, custom field, etc. We have a custom field in the header for the order, we put the purchase order number in the Customer PO Number field, and we write the order number into the Order History tab.
