IFS Cloud New Site PO/CO not flowing

I created a new site a few months ago, and now I am testing the Intersite PO/CO process. I created the PO but it is not creating a CO for the internal supplier. When I click on “Customer Order - Internal” From the PO it takes me to the Customer Order page but it is empty.

I have other sites that use the intersite process and I have no issues.

  • I have created Internal Customer and suppliers
  • I have verified the Message Classes for both Internal  Customer and Supplier
  • I have Purchase Parts / SPP and Sales part created.

 

What else should I check?

    Check the Background Jobs and/or Incoming Customer Order views.  There may be clues there as to the issue.

    ​@AMP - agree with Linda. Check the connectivity outbox / inbox to see if the messages are processing correctly.

      It should be the user that is used in the application. Please check that your user has been added to both sites in the Sites per User window.
