I created a new site a few months ago, and now I am testing the Intersite PO/CO process. I created the PO but it is not creating a CO for the internal supplier. When I click on “Customer Order - Internal” From the PO it takes me to the Customer Order page but it is empty.
I have other sites that use the intersite process and I have no issues.
- I have created Internal Customer and suppliers
- I have verified the Message Classes for both Internal Customer and Supplier
- I have Purchase Parts / SPP and Sales part created.
What else should I check?
