I would like to know if it is possible to access the attachment I have in my order receipts for a specific PO. if I can link them together, Could I at least navigate from PO to Receipt?

Hope this will help you. https://community.ifs.com/document-management-docman-248/documents-attached-to-register-arrivals-through-to-receipt-is-this-possible-23636. Instead of PO window you can directly navigate to receipt window by using purchase order lines window.
