I have setup a Direct Delivery Freight Price List as per below but cannot get it to pull through on the Sales Quotation or Customer Order what am I missing?

Is it Valid for the same site your Quote/COs are on?

Yes it is valid for the site the Quote/CO are on.

Hi, Please check these checkpoints too. 

  • The charge type category of the freight type is ‘Freight’
  •  Add a record to the supply chain matrix for customer.
  • Since the above created price list is weight based, the part (master part) should have a weight defined too. 
  • Zones defined in ‘zone info’ of the direct delivery price list.

I have now got it adding the Freight Charge to Charges tab within the Customer Order Line thanks for that.

In the Supply Chain Matrix for Customer is there a way to setup the Forwarder so if’s for example 10kg it’s shipped via Forwarder A if it’s 20kg use Forwarder B.  It seems you have to have a default set and you can only have one Ship Via regardless of the Forwarder.
