External Service Order - Error message (tax liability field)??

Hi Team,

We are trying to release the P/O from planned to released but get the below error message

Can someone please point me in the right direction on how to fix this error message?

It looks like your customer doesn’t have tax details defined, either at all or for the specific country. If you go to the Customer record and then address, you will find a tab called “Delivery Tax Information” where you can create a new record for the company and supply country.
