I received this error message when attempting to change the status of the Pre-Ship Delivery Note to Deliver.
What could be the cause of this error message?

Event Action 'Excecute Online SQL' on 'Order_Line_Status_Change' has failed.

There is a custom event which is configured against the customer order line status changes. As reporting delivery of pre-shipment delivery note change the line status to delivered some condition defined in the event stopping this change. You can get the details in the event action screen.
