Hi all,

 

We upgraded touch apps server from 10.10.301  to 10.20.497 . after upgrade i could access admin portal of touch apps(with new upgraded version). but unable to login IFS AURENA scanit 10 client device ,it showed below error every time when we tried to login

w3wp.exe Error: 0 : ERROR_PROGATED_SYSTEM_EXCEPTION:Stream was not readable.

what can be the reason? I suspect may be server mismatch .need to clarify it then we can inform our customer. here are details of our ifs application

Can I ask why you upgrade the TAS to UPD20 and left the main application on UPD10?

In Apps 10 the TAS is delivered per UPD and should be kept aligned with the main application UPD

I just upgraded  test environment to check whether it worked or not. because lot of wadaco users get timed out errors while they are doing transport task. i thought if I can updated server to latestand then users can update there clients as well to latest aurena scan it 10 version. i got your point if i need to update the server i need get it from application UPD.
