I am unable to open Page designer in IFS Aurena under
Apps for Page Designer > Maintenance Engineer > My Work.
Tried with normal user ID and with IFSAPP as well. It took lot of time to load the page and finally nothing displayed in the page designer section.(left side panel)
Any help is highly appreciated.

Can you initialize MWO Maintenance as the two users you tested with? Perhaps there was an issue when your app got deployed, so best to rule that out first and open Apps for Page Designer as a user who can in fact see data on the app.
Assuming you can initialize the app, have you also tried other pages like New Work or Object/Details? Do you see the same behaviour?
And finally what version of IFS Cloud are you on?

When you say “normal user ID”, is that a backoffice user or an actual MWO user? Since the page and the Page Designer get the data “just like” a real engineer, you need an MWO user who has work assigned. Without assigned work the page remains empty like in your screenshot.
