Some of the Work Task from Mobile is completed but in client is staying in Work Started status. when checked about the failed transactions screen, noticed that Work assignment has been removed by another user error shown, but work task ref is not updated.
this transaction is due to in mobile when they add additional work task and try to complete.
I tried to clear the first failed transactions by resending but still issue persists.

If the pervious assignment was the last one the server would put the last task to completed. Could you check what the task state is before completing the additional assignment ?
I noticed that Additional Work Task created from Work Task(source) is Finished. previous to that Work Task created and assigned to same resource is work started.
