I have been testing the Service Technician portal in Apps 10 and processing assignmnets through to complete. The Completed number increases. I have finished the assignment, the related task and the Work order so it is now historical - but the Completed number on the portal doesnt reduce. Is it just an ever increasing value of completed tasks for that user?

I think that’s how it works today. It counts and keep the track of all completed assignments of the user and not specifically see if the linked Work Order is in history or not. This might be an area that needs improvements in the future (IFS Cloud).
