PO doesn't appear in MWO

Hello everyone,

 

I have an issue regarding PO in MWO : I’ve created a PR and transformed it to a PO on a Work Order. I’ve assigned the WT to my resource and transfered it to the mobile. My problem is that I don’t see the PO in MWO. When I go to Materials/requested materials, I see the material request line, with the “PR connected” status :

But when I try to go in the PO to receive it (“Réception Commande d’achat” in the screen shot), nothing is displayed :

I’ve tried to sync all the entities several times, but nothing happened. My user is connected to a remote warehouse :

 

Do you know if I miss something ?

Did you check IFS Cloud - MWO Service demystified (24R2) | IFS Community, chapter Purchase Handling? One issue could be the wrong receive case.

I have read the document to look for my error but I don’t see the problem

Can you run

  • Refresh All Purch Parts
  • Refresh All Inventory Parts

to make sure the PO parts get synced to MWO? Or use the DB Viewer to check if they are.

Bit strange.

Don’t you get it even when you initialize the mobile app? Can you please check on the Mobile user > Logs to see if there is any sync errors in the entity PurchaseOrderLineAllQuery?

And which IFS Cloud track you are using?

Excuse me I don’t know a lot about mwo admin, which screens/logs do you want me to get ? 

I don’t have any failed transactions

It is bit hard to figure the issue.

Please check if you see data here for your task seq.

If not, please raise a support ticket for further investigations.

Hi,

Have you checked status of the PO ? It should be in Released or Confirmed Status.

Hello, yes PO are released. I can receive them with “register arrival” but not in MWO
