Hi all, 

Has anyone got any documentation of using Crystal Report to amend / customise the Service Report from MWO once a Work Assignment has been complete. 

I know that the document can be configured. I would just like some additional documentation as proof of concept.

Are you referring to the server-side reports or the one created in MWO?

Dear experts, I would like to change the layout of this report. The service report is called by the command in the mobile work order called “WorkReportCommand”  .   How can this report layout be called and modified.  I know I can rearrange fields in the page designer, but how do I manage alignment, and the use of bold print, for example. Thanks if someone knows about this
