We are currently using IFS Cloud 24R2, along with IFS MWO Service.
Our Stores have asked whether it is possible for engineers to view media on the MWO for inventory parts in the materials catalogue as they have added a photo of the part on IFS.
Is this possible in our versions?
If so, can someone please provide some guidance.

Hi ,
Media has been enabled only on a limited set of entities in MWO. These include Task and task related entities (for e.g. Task Steps, Request s, Scope, Equipment Object, contacts , Measurements etc. ) .
Media has not been enabled for InventoryPart or InventoryPartInStock Entitites in the core solution.
It may be possible with a customisation, but need to consider performance aspects of it for a large data volume.
