Hi Team,

Is there a way we can Force Initialize the mWO app from back office (i.e., Cloud application)? Similar to how we had in FSM using the mobile dashboard.

In Cloud, we see the option ‘Test Initialization’ in Mobile App User Details screen. But I assume it does only for one user and not for multiple users. Please let me know.

Hi

We do not have the option to force Initalization from the Back office for all devices. you can do that on each device and really you should avoid force initialization as well. If anything new comes up that needs to go to the users, like adding of a custom field, the user will get a message to do an initialization. 

 

If this is a strong demand around such a functionality I suggest that you add this as an improvement request.
