+1I’m trying to attach a Maintenance Survey to the mWO but it is not working as expected, since the Survey pops-up in the mWO after work completion, as expected, but it doesn’t appear in the eForm folder of the mWO and also the Answers of the Survey aren’t visible in Survey Answers in Cloud.

eForms that trigger on status changes are not visible under the “eForms” tile in the home screen. What you can see under there is the eForms configured against the mobile user via the Person Resource Workflow Configuration.

If you do not see the survey answers in the survey answers page in Aurena, please check if you have got failed transactions during answering the eForm.
