My customer is in IFS Cloud. In the Edit Object Connection section. I am putting the Connected Services in sequence order that I would like for them to display. I slect the Check Mark/OK. As you can see in the second screen shot it is not in sequence as I selected.

Hi @laurapatzka04 ,

Please see also my topic here in the community (

).

There it is mentioned as a bug and a case CS0078085 is created for this. I do not know the status of this case (I cannot see it as a partner).

Hopefully someone here can update us on this,

Robert

Hi @EqeRobertK

The case has the information, that this is a severity 3 Bug and will be corrected from 22R2 release onward. Not released in a service update in between.

@laurapatzka04

I guess when you are below 22R2 you will have this issue. Or do you have 22R2 already installed?

Kind regards and take care,

Tobias

Hi,

As per the case CS0078085, the fix for this is available starting from 23R1 EA version.

Thanks,

Dilini

We are on 24R2 and this is an issue again.

Anyone know if this issue has been re-reported after it was supposed to have been fixed in 23R1?

We are also on 24R2 and can confirm that we are experiencing the same issue. I believe we need to log a new case with IFS to report this bug.
