Default Resource Group in MWO Service 10

I cannot check this in an environment, becuase I do not have MWO in a 10 environment.

But as far as I know it should pick the folliwng value:

@EqeRobertK , Thank you very much for the answer. In my case, the resource group is set as the “Primary Parent Group”. But still it is not picked as the default value.

@Gayathri  Auto populating  default resource group when creating new work is not there is service app. 

Yes, perhaps you can create an idea for this.

All, I just checked this in teh Service technician portal of IFS Cloud and there it is working as expected. So my guess is that this is more a bug then an idea.

If an ideaa is created, please update me, so I will like it!
