In App9 version:

The following conditions should be fulfilled in order to create a CSS posting:
  • Vouchers must be created for the work order posting line, i.e., Booking Status = Transferred.
  • CSS Type column in the "Report in work order">"Postings" tab should be set to Not Posted or Partly Posted. If it is EAM, then CSS postings will not be created.
  • Customer need to be registered as "External" customer
  • The transactions are transferred to IFS/Customer Order and the status of the customer order should be “Delivered” (or above. This means invoiced/closed)
  • The status of the work order posting line should be "Transferred" which means the postings are transferred to customer order.

Hi,

We thought, and have seen, that CSS posting would be created when a Work Order is moved into the ‘Finished’ state in addition to this. That lines did not need transferring to a customer order to create a CSS posting. We are on Apps 9.

Thanks,

Matthew
