cloud Service quotation creation a service contract

In IFS Cloud, yes it is possible. Please select ‘Add Service Contract ‘ under the scope and you will be directed to a screen where you can enter details of the new service contract.

i agree with you, but when you accept the quotation, the service contract is not created.

This should work.

I just tested this in IFS Cloud 21R2 and when I accept the quotation, the contract is created.

Can you show your scenario, maybe there is something you miss here?
