I tried to hide above field (individually or with other connected fields to the item class) using page designer for apps. It seems that I cannot hide fields in this assistant (report in assistant, you get when completing a work in mobile client)
Is there a way to hide these fields without code changes pls ?

Click on the 3 dots that I have highlighted in yellow color. It will open up more properties for this field.
There is an option called Visible.
If it doesn’t tick.
