B2B Supplier portal - Supplier unable to replace a previously uploaded document.

Hello all, Would you have an idea why, after uploading a new document as an attachment to a purchase order line in the portal, I’m not able to replace the document with a new one ? Exemple:After I upladed the initial document n° “1000206”, version “A1”, I still have a icon “Upload” available (see framed in red below): But, if i upload a new file (= I overight the initial one), a version “A2” of the document is created in the Enterprise Explorer, but it is still the Version “A1” that remaims attached to the Purchase Order Line in the Portal. (screenshot : attachment of a new file as the “A2” version):Result: Nothing has changed in the portal. Moreover, when I check in Enterprise Explorer, I see that a “A2” has been created, but this “A2” version is not linked to any object, and the file type of this document is “EMAIL” (whereas I upleaded a Word). Hello, I was wondering in Apps. 10, if there is any way to put an horizon on the MRP calculations. Or is it for all time like Apps. 9?I know that in Master Schedule you can define a planning horizon. Can you do something similar for MRP? Thanks for looking!

Schedule Quick report to save in a folder

We use Document Management very minimally at our company. Can someone assist me on how to use ‘Document ID’ in ‘Application Server Task’.Is there a way i can use ‘Application Server Task’ to Schedule Quick report output in Excel or CSV in a folder? and keep separate files for every month.

Intercompany order process

We need to get clarifications/answers about intercompany order process. Specific Issue :Supplier wants to change the Supplier Price of parts.When supplier changes the date and qty, the Supplier Response is “Changed” and we see original qty vs Sales qty and Original wanted delivery date vs Planned delivery date.Is it possible to get the same incoming message on Supplier Price ? What is the standard sorting of data in IFS Cloud?

As it happens quite often, I am wondering how the data is sorted initially in IFS Cloud.Why? Just an idea. From my point of view, as a systems engineer, I am working quite a lot in the permission section and the users.And when choosing a specific sorting (e.g. by identity) this is lost the next time I login. From what I can see is that there is some kind of sorting, but it is not clear to me what kind of…Alphabetical? Maybe, but not with values I can see.Numerical? Does not make sense when I only got alphanumeric values. Can anyone explain the logic behind this?Kind regards,Tobias

Aurena - Changing linked address on existing contact method not possible?

Hi,When adding a new contact method for an employee in Aurena, there is an option to link it to an address ID.Once saved, I don’t seem to be able to change this? Below are the options the user is presented with when trying to edit a contact method. As far as I can see, one can change the value, validity period and default toggle but there is no option to link it to a different address ID or remove the link altogether.Is this a bug that has already been reported or am I missing a step here? Transport task between two companies with different Accounting currency

Hi,When we do a transport task from one site company XX to another site company yy it brings in the wrong amt. The transfer company has accounting currency of USD and the receiving company as accounting currency EUR. Is there a way to fix this?Any help would be appreicated.THanks

Sticky notes disappear when adding to currency rates page

When I create a Currency Rate type with a Rate type Category of Normal, Then go to currency rates, it allows me to add sticky note. Refresh the page or navigate away from the page and back. The sticky note still appears. If I carry out the same but with a Currency Rate Type created with a Rate Type Category of PROJECT it does not keep the sticky note when refreshed or navigate away from page and back.Is there an explanation or a fix for this? It only seems to affect when Rate Type Category of PROJECT is selected???

Rounding off Job hours posted in HCM

Job hours booked by the customer via WO clocking’s comes with four decimal value in HR time card and I have received a requirement to have it truncated with one decimal. Although in the calendar view I can see the value rounded to 2 decimals. Is there a possibility to configure the decimal places? Is there any plan to have it truncated in future IFS releases?

CAMT - wrong amount in transaction

Oberbank CAMT file has consists Ntry part of XML for bank fee. Amount of this bank fee is presented in Ntry part, but in same part NtryDtls part is amount and reference to which transaction this fee belong to.Problem is that IFS fetch to external payments amount of referenced transaction (customer payment) and not amount of fee. Security Setting for Activate Repair Order

I need to adjust a security role to be able to “activate” a repair order once the product has arrived. I have tweaked a number of settings and this step is still not available. Those that currently have the ability have a much wider range of access. Can you tell me if a specific module or setting controls this feature? Current setting for repair order are set up like the below. We are using Alliance 15.2.
