Can we pass dynamic value in FSM label?

If you are referring FSM screen field labels, I do not think it is possible using only configurations to dynamically load label values. Instead, you can created different screen versions which has different labels connected to the same field.
In you case, perhaps, a FSM Client code customization would work.
