Is there a comprehensive list of lobby elements with descriptions on what each displays to assist users with defining what they may want on a custom lobby? Specifically for Aurena Apps 10 ideally.This would be very useful for users.

Cash flow statement - tagging transactions

Hello, I would like to know if anyone has used IFS for tagging transactions, specifically non-cash transactions (i.e. gain/loss on sale) for use in cash flow statement preparation? If so, is this done via code parts? For cash transactions, the cash flow source IDs do help but unfortunately do not flow to the GL Balance Analysis so I’m looking for a solution on the GL side. We handle our cash flow statements in excel but it would be helpful if certain transactions were grouped by way of tagging it somehow in the system and the time of entry. Thank you!

Supplier agreement with different purchase units

How do you set up two supplier agreements to have one price unit for a box of 10 and another price unit per piece?I want to do this:When I place a purchase order using this first supplier agreement, for a quantity of 10 pieces and a piece price unit, the purchase order takes the supplier agreement with the piece price unit rate. When I place an other purchase order with the same quantity of 10 pieces with a price unit for a box of 10, the purchase order takes the supplier agreement with the price unit rate per box of 10.I see this :When I create 2 supplier agreements for the same part and supplier with 2 different piece price units , the first one is always taken. I cannot change the supplier agreement with the other.can you help me please?

Update Object Party Delivery Address

Is there a way to have the Delivery Address on a Party be automatically updated if the Customer’s default Delivery Address changes? In the example below, the Customer’s Address Identity 3 was deleted but it was still referenced on the Party record. This caused an error when generating work orders for the Object because the Party Delivery Address wasn’t valid.

Time Tracker App - "Missing Basic Data" error message

Working with a customer that is trying to get Time Tracker working. It works for one set of employee’s and the other set of employee’s gives a generic “Missing Basic Data” error. As far as I can tell, I can set up the employee’s with the same Time & Attendance schedule details and still gets that error.Does anyone have a list of “Basic Data” requirements to look for in debugging? This is for Apps9 currently.Thanks!

Instrat report for services

Dear All, A customer of mine needs to create Intrastat reprot for Goods and Services.Does anyone has an idea about how to setup parst for services so that they will be part of the intrastat report? As far as I see part must have a Customs Stat Number and Instrastat conv factor.When you define a non-inventory part of type Service you can't fill in these fields.Due to this fact they will not be part of the Intrstat report. How can you set it up so that Services a company offer are also part of Intrastat Report? Regards Raymond

Make or Buy Setup

HiI am looking for documents about the setup of the Make or Buy process.Scenario:A Customer order gets created. According to the inventory part setup the part can be partially produced and partially purchases. My concern now ist the following. Since the inventory part doesnt have separated cost details it will always uses the same cost either it is produced or purchased. I mean when you purchase the part it mostly cost you more than your own production. Is there a setup guide on Supply chain site and financial site? Best RegardsSophal

Fleet data maintenance

Hello,We are currently using UPD10 and we have entered our entire fleet data in the system however we still need to use our old system for other data such as driver names, insurance, license #s and schedules. Is there another area in IFS or any plans for future IFS releases that can house this data so that we can eliminate double work (in separate systems) to maintain all fleet data?Best regards,Lily

Business Reporter reports not working through IFS for one user

We have a new project admin who is granted the same permissions as the other project admins and have Business Reporter installed on their laptop.When running a report through Business Reporter, it’s fetched correctly with no issue. However when it’s run from IFS it loads just the following. This works fine for everyone else and only just this one person is having this issue. The reports we are trying to run are not new ones and have been used by other admins for long time now.IFS version - Apps 10 UPD 10 IEEHas anyone experienced anything similar? An advice or suggestions? Thanks in advance!

What is the default address on work orders?

When a work order is created, what is the default address assigned to it? Does the address come from the object or the customer?I know you can assign addresses from the customer or object to a work order but just wanted to know what the default is. Thanks!

Connectivity Inbox message is Rejected

Facing the same issue with the attached XML.After dropping the XML in the IN folder, Application message is processed properly but the created Connectivity Inbox message is Rejected. Not a problem with the Connectivity queue because other messages are processed correctly. If you have access, my data are in APP10 Regional TEST CMB
