Sticky notes disappear when adding to currency rates page

 When I create a  Currency Rate type with a Rate type Category of Normal, 

Then go to currency rates, it allows me to add sticky note. Refresh the page or navigate away from the page and back. The sticky note still appears.

 

If I carry out the same but with a Currency Rate Type created with a Rate Type Category of PROJECT it does not keep the sticky note when refreshed or navigate away from page and back.

Is there an explanation or a fix for this? It only seems to affect when Rate Type Category of PROJECT is selected???

Hi @mick.colpitts 

I experienced this Sticky note disappear issue previously and IFS designed a solution for fix that issue.  It’s better to create a support case to investigate to check whether the mentioned solution would fix this issue or this is a new issue

it’s 291997. but unfortunately it’s for Apps 10 version.
