Does anyone already experimented some crash when adding photo to a checklist ? Technician has reported that from time to time he has a black screen, when adding a picture, and then ALLIANCE closes down brutallly. How can we move forward to fix that ?

Hi Laurence,
I ran some tests on Mobile Edge 15.4.2.0 and V3.3.2 of the Native App and I was unable to recreate the issue.
When the tech got to the photo checklist line screen, which option are they selecting? From File/New Photo/From Album/New Sketch
Is this tech using an Android or iOS Device?
(if it’s Android see if there are any Android System Webview updates or Chrome updates available, then download and install those and see if it helps).
What version of the Native App?
Can you recreate it on other devices?
Can you send over the Operating System version, the mobile build and native app version details and I’ll try to replicate on a similar device, thanks.
