We are currently trying to gather data on turn around times for approvals within IFS across all object types.  This will be used for KPIs for administrative activities/tasks across the business.

The challenge we are facing is that Apps 10 does not say when an approval route was started within the Approval Routing view.  Has anyone else overcome this challenge and if so, how did you do it?
